The last sentence of this section makes a single claim that looks simple, but isn’t as simple as it seems:
“It is therefore important to set the record straight.”
If the Court was just saying that it’s important to make sure we’re dealing with the facts accurately and completely, then this claim would be an instant “true.” But that’s not what this sentence claims.
This sentence makes the case that Roe and Casey got the facts wrong, and that’s why the Dobbs Court has to correct them. Since I haven’t established for myself how well Roe and Casey covered the history, I can’t determine this true no matter how true the second half of the claim is.
So this is one undetermined claim.
