The opening sentence of the next paragraph contains a single claim:
“Justice Ginsburg’s opinion for the Court in Timbs is a recent example.”
Without getting into the content of Ginsburg’s opinion, the facts of this claim are pretty easy to establish. Timbs was decided in 2019, and the opinion opens with the sentence “Justice Ginsburg delivered the opinion of the Court.” That’s about as straightforward as it gets. It requires a reading of the next sentence to determine whether this applies to the questions addressed in the previous paragraph, so I’m cheating and posting this sentence at the same time as the next one.
